Despite Prime Minister Anthony Albanese claiming he'd raised the issue of China launching flares in front of our navy chopper, with Chinese officials, Andrew Clennell on Sky News Australia today revealed neither the Prime Minister, Defense Minister Richard Marles or Foreign Minister Penny Wong have even raised the matter with China.

I spoke about this a while back, that politicians have charmingly attempted to replace the word "rich" with "aspirational".
Here's another good example.
Switch "aspirational" back to "rich" and you get the true picture of what the tax cuts are designed to do - make the already rich more rich, by giving them a nice healthy tax break and ignoring low-income earners and welfare recipients.

So the Government's plan for bringing NDIS costs under control is to set up a new tier of support services, take a portion of those on NDIS programs and put them on the new tier.
Ok, basically we go from funding a single-tier NDIS to a two-tiered NDIS.
How on Earth did the Government calculate that if you double services from one to two you save money?
The incompetence is outta this world!

There's been so much budget talk coming out of Canberra from the Treasurer, Jim Chalmers, I don't feel there will actually be any unexpected surprises tomorrow night when the Federal budget is finally delivered.
IMO the Australian economy is currently walking a tight-rope without a safety net.

This is just outright disturbing.
This man who physically abused his pregnant wife by slapping her, pulling her hair, kicking her at 36 weeks pregnant, hitting her in the face with a phone, and making threats by telling her "he will hurt her so badly that she will not be able to walk again", had his canceled visa overturned and reinstated.
It is simply beyond comprehension.
