I love this concept!
Offices don't work (no pun intended), however work-from-home maybe doesn't work either, at least not for everyone.
So the middle-ground is work spaces, or hubs, where attendance is not compulsory but offered for those that want it and get motivation from such an environment.
These environments offer mental stimulation provoking better focus, all without the traditional pressures of the workplace office.
The tech sector has led the way in this area and it should be the model for the future of work.

Australian Senator, Mehreen Faruqi, refuses to condemn the registered terrorist organization, Hamas, and the events of October 7.
Now she's trying to claim a Johannes Leak cartoon [above] is racist and defamatory.
Seems to me the cartoon is actually a perfect depiction of the truth.
It represents a factual representation of Mehreen Faruqi and her support for Hamas.
The interview is available for everyone to see!
When asked to condemn Hamas and October 7, she refused.

There's no justice in Russia.
Evan Gershkovich should not be there.
He is a journalist and is another international example of the assault on journalists and the free press.

Yes, how many times have I said this - that democracy is dead, has passed the tipping point and has become irreversible?

The economy has tanked; businesses are closing at a rapid rate, daily; office buildings sit largely empty; tent cities grow in capital cities due to no available housing, and what are we doing about it?
Building more office spaces to sit empty.
Developer greed.
Totally stupid.

Really important research coming from an Australian study show elevated levels of BPA in a woman's womb contributes to development of autism.

This is terrible and should never have been allowed to reach such critical numbers.
If they weren't so obsessed with buying and stockpiling millions of unneeded vaccines just to see them get trashed for expiration and instead stockpile
actual critical supplies, such as saline and IV bags, then this mess could have been avoided.
As pointed out in the article, we've learned nothing from the pandemic when it comes to proper management of critical medical supplies and domestic production.
