There's only one man who has continued to offer unwavering support to Julian Assange and call for his release, that's Andrew Wilkie.
The support from others has been dismally lackluster and lethargic, only joining the chorus when it suits them politically.
Thank you Andrew Wilkie.

I still get angry about why it's taken so long for Australia to support Julian Assange.
The entire situation is farcical for the US, Britain and Australia.

Amazing they can still claim a roaring economic success in the media with 500 jobs created, but refuse to accept any success is obliterated by tens of thousands of jobs across the country that are being lost and disappearing out of the economy.

I completely disagree on Barnaby Joyce.
Sure, he's not to everyone's taste, however he's one of very few politicians that doesn't leave you guessing about what he's thinking or what his intentions are.
In politics, that's a rare quality and when it's present it should be recognized and appreciated.

Americans don't really give a stuff about Australia or our national security, but we do.
We have to.
I'm past the point of worried, I'm now terrified for the future security of our country.

IMO the Australian Defense Force has deteriorated to the point it's actually become irreparable.

A compelling case arguing the very possible sinking of AUKUS.
Not just possible, seems likely.

The woes surrounding the incredibly under-resourced and unfit for purpose Australian Defense Force continues.
Greg Sheridan is furious.
All Australians should be.

The Coalition are in no position to critique Labor over defense procurement and strategy.
The Coalition had close to a decade in office and done nothing - NOTHING AT ALL - to alleviate defense procurement problems.
