Re: Australian Politics
Oh god, this professor has a problem with journalists posting pictures of their dog on social networks.
The problem isn't journalists offering an insight into their personal lives through social network posts, it's archaic, selfish, inward looking viewpoints of employers and institutions that hold zero relevance to today's social networking habits.
These same institutions are also the ones that support censorship and trying to take away your rights to free speech.

Unnamed country = China
ASIO is just too weak to publicity acknowledge it.

Re: Australian Politics
The Labor Government is living in a fantasy, thinking wind and solar will solve the energy crisis.
However, the Liberal Party are living an equal fantasy thinking nuclear will solve it.

Re: Australian Politics
This is being so ridiculously overblown.
The only reason Australian MSM are upset over this is because their free money is being taken away from them.

Good article, with a bit more information on China's foreign interference operations inside Australian politics.

Re: Australian Politics
The Liberal Party, under Peter Dutton, is powering ahead with nuclear energy policy heading into election season.
Tread carefully, Dutton.
Not nuclear, but energy policy, generally, is like cancer to the Liberal party room.
It's been the undoing of party leaders and Prime Ministers in the past, and possibly could be the undoing of Dutton if he gets this wrong.
