Grand visions of rich, thriving and populous cities in China has resulted in numerous ghost cities for projects being abandoned because of Chinese real estate debt, weak demand and oversupply.
A once prominent Chinese property developer thought they could take the concept to Malaysia and make it work.
The result was the same.
Forest City, in Malaysia, is the newest ghost city resulting from a failed Chinese property developer.
